What a gorgeous and elegant Kauai destination Indian Wedding that took place at the beautiful St Regis Princeville Resort. Our handsome groom road in on a horse surrounded by the singing and dancing of his family and friends as he arrived at their beautiful ceremony. Something so moving and touching we will remember forever! Aastha’s Mehndi party  and their colorful outdoor Sangeet the afternoon before at the breathtaking Na Aina Kai gardens was extraordinary! As Maharani Wedings described so well “Aasthi selected a mint-colored lengha with gorgeous beading, and Rishi amped up his Princely status with a midnight blue kurta.” These two created an exquisite two day event (with the help of the amazing Moana Events) and had us head over heels for them. We are so delighted to see their gorgeous wedding featured on Maharani Weddings!

This is our first wedding magazine cover and we are tickled beyond belief. When the editor in chief of the magazine, Katie Selvidge personally reached out to us to be part of her magazine and photograph a styled shoot for their first homecoming issue, we were humbled, excited and beyond honored. We resinate with Cottage Hill’s mission of cherishing relationships and celebrating community. Their taste for an elegant style with beautiful photographs accompanied by meaningful words, will leave your eyes and hearts dancing in delight.

All of the well thought out details from their ‘island chic’ color scheme fashioned a beautiful wedding to be published. Everything from the beach glass and coral pieces, to the soft peony blossoms, and the subtle pink accents made this such an incredible wedding to photograph.

When an old family friend got engaged she immediately thought of us to photograph her Southern California dream wedding. We were naturally very excited to to mix things up and photograph in the beautiful soft and warm light of California. It meant so much to us to be there for Tiffany & Ryan and capture their love story so they could cherish and relive their wedding for a lifetime.

    2012

When the Knot was putting together a special Hawaii Guide they contacted us looking for great wedding venue images. The editors selected this one from Jeni + Jay’s wedding at Na Aina Kai Gardens showing a beautiful outdoor set up in their beach side meadow.

  • Hawaii is such an ideal wedding destination worldwide, so naturally our work is featured in international publications, and this truly excites us. This particular Polish magazine editor contacted us to be a part of their feature on destinations weddings in Hawaii, which helps couples organize their dream weddings abroad. A wide variety of our work was chosen and it is always exciting to see our work and our couples featured.

Being that both of us are fond lovers of the ocean, it did not take much convincing when Nicole + Ben asked us to dive in the ocean with them for their post-wedding/trash the dress photo shoot. It could not have been a better day at Tunnels, for this romantic couple to submerge themselves in the turquoise water and allow us to create fun images in an environment that we are so comfortable in.

Let’s just say flat out, we love this couple. Kana was a close friend of Fawne’s growing up on Kauai and this was such a special opportunity to photograph their wedding in one of the most breathtaking places on earth. We kid you not. Kalalau Lookout is one of the most incredible views you can enjoy on the island. This sweet and dear local couple chose this vista to declare their love for one another. It is common for this lookout to be covered with dancing clouds and mist from passing showers, but on this day the sun chose to shine on these two love birds.
